Barcelona Weather

Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and Spain’s second largest metropolis. A contemporary hub of finance, culture, sports, and architecture, the best time to visit the city for pleasant Barcelona weather is during the long summer season.

The urban centre has a Mediterranean climate with a short transitional spring and autumn. Naturally because the waters of the Mediterranean border the city, the sea influences local weather patterns.
